Do you remember that strange, romantic song by Chris Isaak – Wicked Game ? It was released in 1989 and had great success. The band HIM made a cover of this song in 1996, and, once again, had great success with it. I personally like both versions. The Chris Isaak one is more suprarealistic, more arty, more alien. The HIM version is more commercial and somehow I think I liked it better. Hey! Do you remember Ville Valo, a metrosexual dude singing in a soft rock band at the turn of the Century? All girls were crazy about him. Well, now he is 41 y.o. and still singing. In 2016 he released an interesting cover of Abba’s song “Knowing me, knowing you”. Check this out, it sounds pretty good. The year is 1997. The English band named “The Prodigy” has just released one of the coolest video ever made – Smack My Bitch Up (with the perfect music to go). The video is kind of offensive (for those who get easily offended), very sexy and mysterious, promiscuous and intriguing.
