A Healthy Breakfast – Oatmeal, Milk and More
My breakfast Some time ago I discovered the best breakfast I’ve ever had. It basically consists of the following ingredients: oats low-fat milk cinnamon 1/2 banana or some other fruits chia or other type of seeds (sometimes) Of course I’ve eaten oats before (and other type of cereals too), but this particular recipe is the best for me. The recipe: I take 1/3 cup of oats, I add milk until the cup is almost full and I let the oats soak through the night (in the fridge).
