Refletes du France is in fact one of my favorite food brands. I could probably eat and enjoy 90% of their products. They have 438 products and each one of them is made from a traditional french recipe and they use high quality ingredients. Unfortunately, in my country there is available only a limited range of products. But, among this teeny-tiny range, I discovered what became my favorite pie. Yup, favorite pie. The product is kind of funny since it comes cut in half (probably they cut it so you could see the prune cream inside). It is called Gâteau breton à la crème de pruneaux, meaning “Breton cake with prune…
