A Cool Song I Wish I Knew About When I Was in Highschool

A few weeks ago a friend showed me this song. I was a little bit upset and I guess he, knowing that I like rock music, thought I might like it. And OMG, yes! I did love it!

The song was released in 1990 by the Spanish rock band Héroes del Silencio. It is entitled “Entre dos tierras” and it means “Between two worlds”. The lyrics are a little bit ambiguous, but the point is you have to let bad stuff go (including persons…). Well, it is not really about the message. The song in itself, its melody, is heavenly…

If I would have known about this band when I was in high school, probably I would have listen them on repeat for a long long time… Not to mention I would have felt very cool discovering such a great band that doesn’t sing in english or german… 🙂

Plus, Spanish sounds so fking good!

Enjoy!

P.S. The band is from Zaragoza. Apart the fact that I love the name of this city (sounds very cool and it is derived from “Caesarea Augusta”), in this region was also born the painter Francisco Goya.
